Returns for online orders
Returns will be accepted within 14 days from the date of the original purchase on full priced items and within 7 days on sale items.
- Returns received outside of these dates may not be accepted.
- Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on sale items, but can provide you with a credit voucher or an exchange.
- Items must be in original new condition, unused, unwashed and with the original tags attached.
- Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- For sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns for earrings, face masks and hair accessories, unless the products are faulty.
- Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.
If you would like to return an item that you purchased through our online store, please use the contact form below to inform us. Please include your name, order number, and reason for the return.
Once you have received our reply, please post the item back to us at the address below. You will be responsible for any shipping charges to return your item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed post.

Please allow 5-7 days for shipping and processing time. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
If you have purchased your item in one of our stores, please return it to the store with your original receipt. View our store locations and opening hours here. Please note that in store returns are subject to a different returns policy which you can find on your receipt.
If you have received an item that is faulty or damaged, please email us immediately at email@example.com including a photo of the damage and a copy of your original receipt or order number, and we will endeavour to repair or replace your item as soon as possible.
