CLICK & COLLECT

We offer click & collect services from our Malvern store.

How does it work? Select the pick up option at checkout and collect your order from our Malvern store. As soon as your order is ready, we will call you to organise a suitable time for pick up. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours, but please wait for our confirmation or call us on 0395009108 before heading to the store. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Generally all orders are processed and packed within a few hours of receiving them. If items you order are in stock it will most likely be shipped the same day or the next business day. However to get orders out this quickly, it means we’re not able to make any amendments, including changing the billing/shipping address, item style/size or remove or add items.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Standard post: We generally send your order the same day or next business day and shipping is approx. 2-7 business days within Australia depending on your location.

Express post: We generally send your order the same day or next business day and shipping is 1-2 business days within metropolitan areas and 3-4 business days in rural areas.

Please allow extra delivery time during the holiday seasons.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Within Australia: You will receive an email or SMS letting you know your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number which you can track on the carrier's website. We currently work with Australia Post and Sendle to deliver your orders.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
If you are not home, the parcel will be left in a safe place if it is safe to do so. Otherwise you will receive an ‘attempted delivery slip’ in your letterbox and instructions on where to go and collect your package. To avoid a failed delivery attempt using a business address.

HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept Afterpay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Amex

CAN I USE MULTIPLE PROMO CODES IN ONE ORDER?
Unfortunately you can only input one discount code per order.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Absolutely! Just get in touch with us within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed and include tags.

For sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns for earrings, face masks and hair accessories, unless the products are faulty.

Please note we do not offer refunds for sale items, unless they are faulty. However full priced items that have been purchased with a promotional discount code are returnable/refundable. We can also offer a store credit or exchange on sale items. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returns.

Any shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.

HOW DO I KNOW MY RETURN HAS ARRIVED/ IS BEING PROCESSED?
As we receive your return we will email you saying it is being processed. We will then refund you the total amount minus any shipping costs via your original method of payment.

WHAT DOES “OUT OF STOCK” MEAN?
This means the item is temporarily out of stock. We update every item’s availability daily so please check back regularly. Alternatively, select the out of stock size/style you are after and a "notify me" tab will appear under "add to cart" button - pop in your details and you will be automatically notified if the item is re-stocked.
